Supersonic high-temperature ceramic welding involves injecting combustible gas and either oxygen or air into the combustion chamber of the welding gun. The ignition system ignites this mixture to produce a high-temperature, high-speed expanding airflow. Simultaneously, the ceramic welding machine introduces ceramic welding material into this rapid airflow, accelerating the welding material particles which are then sprayed onto the surface of the refractory brick wall.

 

1.  The ceramic welding material sprayed by the supersonic high-temperature ceramic welding gun is heated to a high temperature upon contact, facilitating a strong bond with the refractory brick wall.


2.  The ceramic welding material ejected by the supersonic high-temperature ceramic welding gun achieves an extremely high speed, potentially reaching a supersonic state and capable of penetrating the surface of the refractory brick by up to 2mm.


3.  The supersonic high-temperature ceramic welding gun welds the refractory brick wall, creating compressive stress on the welding joint surface. This ensures that the welding material and the brick surface melt and bond tightly without detachment.


4.  The bonding strength between the high-temperature ceramic welding material and the refractory brick surface can exceed 60         MPa.
