        Application Fields:

High-temperature furnace periscopes are primarily used in industries such as glass factories, glass fiber factories, steel mills, power stations, waste incineration plants, metallurgy, thermal power plants, and petrochemicals for detecting and assessing damage to the lining of high-temperature furnaces. They also monitor the real-time progress of maintenance work and inspect the effectiveness of repairs. By monitoring fuel, burners, and combustion flame states, they ensure economical and efficient combustion. Depending on actual needs, these periscopes can be used to inspect damaged areas of furnaces directly from within the furnace body, reaching depths of up to 1 meter at temperatures of up to 2000°C, for continuous operation of over 8 hours (similar to endoscopic procedures).

        Main Components:

High-temperature furnace periscopes are directly inserted into the furnace to photograph and collect video footage of damaged areas. These images and videos can be stored on computers or printed out for convenient comparison and analysis of furnace conditions at different times, providing accurate assessments of furnace operating status. On-site observations can also be made directly through the eyepiece, providing an intuitive view with a field of view angle ranging from approximately 15 to 60 degrees, allowing for quick adjustments to the periscope based on needs. The high-temperature furnace periscope consists of a water cooling system, a high-temperature lens, an adapter lens, a DSLR camera, and an eyepiece.

        Advantages of High-Temperature Periscope:

①、 High-temperature furnace periscopes can reach up to 1.5 meters in length and come in three angles: straight 0 degrees, bent 60 degrees, and vertical 90 degrees, allowing them to easily extend into the furnace interior to capture photos and videos of deep and angled areas, unaffected by the furnace's internal flames and airflow.

②、 The advanced high-temperature furnace periscope employs an optical imaging system that allows direct observation through the eyepiece and high-resolution DSLR cameras (with pixel counts typically exceeding 15 million) for photography or videography. Images are clear, with a long observation distance, and the optical focus can be adjusted based on the observation distance. The aperture or filter can also be adjusted based on light intensity to achieve optimal results.

        Dimensions and Specifications:

Standard Diameter: Outer diameter of 42mm

        Length: 1220mm to 1620mm

Cooling Medium: Utilizes water and air cooling, depending on the furnace temperature and the depth of lens insertion.

Cooling Water: Typically requires 12 to 20L/min of purified water.

Cooling Air: Requires 0.11 to 0.15m³/min of purified instrument-grade compressed air for cooling and purging the observation port.
