We use high-temperature furnace periscopes. These periscopes can be directly inserted into the furnace to inspect damaged areas, similar to endoscopic inspections. They can operate continuously for more than 24 hours. With an optical imaging system and a high-resolution camera, the periscopes can capture clear images or videos at long distances. The optical focus can be adjusted based on the observation distance, and the aperture can be adjusted according to different light intensities. This allows us to photograph and record video of damaged areas inside the furnace that are beyond the visual range. The data can be stored on a computer or printed out for convenient comparison and analysis of furnace conditions at different times. With this information, we can accurately assess the working state of the furnace, formulate timely and accurate repair plans, monitor the repair process, and inspect the repair results.
