Application Scope:

         The high-temperature ceramic welding and patching machine is primarily suitable for onsite ceramic welding and patching repairs of damaged areas within high-temperature furnaces industries such as float glass factories, glass fiber factories, smelting plants, coking plants, steel mills, power stations, waste incineration plants, metallurgy, thermal power plants, and petrochemicals.

        Working Principle:

        The ceramic welding and patching machine consists of a material bin, adjusting valve, feeder, and hopper. Oxygen and nitrogen are mixed in a specific proportion and introduced into the material bin of the welding and patching machine. After pre-mixing with the welding and patching material, the feeder transports the material to the damaged area of the furnace. Through intense chemical reactions, the welding and patching material is "welded" onto the damaged section of the furnace.

        The ceramic welding and patching machine from our company is equipped with a dedicated gas flow valve that allows for real-time control of gas flow and pressure. This, combined with the feeder, ensures an optimal mixing ratio between gas flow, gas pressure, and welding and patching material, significantly enhancing the quality of the ceramic welding and patching work.
