Due to defects in the glass furnace during furnace baking, a crack of approximately 600 mm × 200 mm appeared in the heat storage chamber partition wall. This issue made it difficult to control the pressure in the melting furnace, significantly impacting glass production and quality. Traditional repair methods proved ineffective in resolving the problem. However, our company's ceramic welding technology successfully addressed the issue within two hours.
