The surface of the hanging wall of the float glass furnace has been corroded by the complex atmosphere within the furnace, resulting in significant melting holes and penetration seams. There has been severe overall downward movement, posing a threat to the furnace's structural integrity. Our company utilized ceramic welding combined with high-temperature furnace periscopes to weld and repair the melting holes and penetration seams on the hanging wall without disrupting production. The welded parts have been in safe operation for 25 months.
