The crown is vulnerable to erosion from the fuel atmosphere. Over time, small rat holes may appear on the top of the crown, which are prone to further erosion from the flames, leading to significant damage to the crown brickwork. Traditional methods of hot repair often fail to achieve satisfactory results and long-term durability. Improper hot repair measures can result in the hot patching material falling into the melting pool or causing extensive damage to the crown brickwork, posing a serious threat to production safety.
Our unique high-temperature ceramic welding technology allows us to perform precise welding and sealing on the damaged sections of the crown top, under the supervision of video cameras. This ensures accurate control over welding thickness, range, and quality, thereby safeguarding the furnace operation.
